- You can find rent in the suburbs at half-price
- The landlord may charge the rent for a certain number of months in advance as security deposit. This amount must be stipulated in the contract in order to be reimbursed at the end of your stay or you can add a clause to pay the last month/s of your stay from the security deposit
- Houses or apartments may be furnished or not. You will often find offers with partially furnished houses/apartments, with kitchen furniture, but not home appliances;
- The number of rooms in an apartment takes into account the living-room as well. (EX. When referring to a two-room apartment, this means one living room and one bedroom)
